Under the direct supervision of the Vice President for Workplace Campaigns, this position provides administrative support for the Vice President, six Corporate Relations Managers, and three members of the Volunteer Initiatives staff. In addition to Microsoft Office suite work, filing and scheduling, United Way’s administrative assistant performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, database data entry and management, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects.

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.  At least three (3) years’ experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
