With the participation and support of over 50,000 donors, advocates and volunteers each year,

United Way is a force for good—helping to improve lives and build brighter futures for individuals, families, and communities across our entire region.

GIVE, ADVOCATE, VOLUNTEER.

Children & Youth

If you have people to help you out and give support and encouragement, you focus more on the future.

Financially Struggling Families

This help from United for Women was a life-saver for me and my son, a light in the darkness. I don’t know how much longer we would have survived without it.

People with Disabilities

I was new to Pittsburgh and that can be scary. Everyone at Pitt has been so supportive and wonderful.

Seniors

The help I received from United Way has had an unbelievable impact.

For over 100 years, people have turned to United Way—to problem solve, to learn, for help, to give back. People turn to United Way because no one is better at bringing entire communities together to create long-lasting change that improves lives for our family, friends and neighbors.
