JARED STEWART

Jared Stewart has seen firsthand the impact of United Way’s support to communities across southwestern Pennsylvania.

As Impact Coordinator, Jared wears many hats. His primary responsibility is being in tune with communities across the five-county region and meeting with agency partners to discuss their needs. Jared also represents United Way at events, delivering resources and donations to their respective places and building relationships with agency partners.

In his six months at United Way, Jared has learned that there is no such thing as a “typical workday.” On any given day he could be in meetings, traveling or planning out projects. His favorite workdays are the ones where he gets to be out in the community because he gets to spend time with people and see the positive impact of United Way’s work.

Currently, Jared lives in Blairsville with his wife, and their dogs and cats. In his spare time, you can find him playing video games, walking his dogs or watching sports on TV.
