We hire dedicated, talented people with big hearts to handle customer inquiries by phone, text, chat, or email from individuals seeking assistance with human services information or resources. Meet Susan Leis, one of our dedicated 211 Resource Navigators at United Way’s PA 211 SW. Susan plays a crucial role in connecting callers with essential resources to meet their basic needs, from food and shelter to job assistance and health aids. Her compassion and attentive listening help uncover additional needs, ensuring comprehensive support for those in crisis. With a background in education and customer service, along with personal experience as a parent, Susan brings a wealth of empathy and expertise to her role. She is passionate about transforming chaos into hope and values the collaborative spirit of her team at United Way.
