211 Contact Center Manager
With 14 years of experience at United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s PA 211 Southwest, Michele Breisinger knows the impact of a phone call.
As PA 211 Southwest’s Contact Center Manager, Michele oversees the Resource Navigators and is in charge of the client call, text and chat experience. On a typical day, she gets up early to look at reports and ensure 211 is meeting service levels. After her early start, she usually spends the day collaborating with fellow colleagues and partner agencies to work on projects and implement process improvements to better serve our neighbors in need who rely on 211.
Michele loves seeing the impact that United Way has on the communities it serves. In the wake of national disasters, 211 centers nationwide will come together to provide emergency service. Some of Michele’s most memorable moments have come during these times of crisis. The PA 211 Southwest team can connect victims to vital local resources and relief services.
A Bethel Park resident, Michele enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking, camping and fishing. Her other passion is exploring new restaurants in the Pittsburgh area.
