ROXANNE P. DUNSEATH

With 32 years under her belt at United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Roxanne Dunseath knows the importance of our work better than most!

In her role as Director of Regional Processing, she is responsible for the overall management of the Processing Department, including agency relationships and customer service. She also collaborates with other departments like fundraising, finance and marketing, as well as external partners, to build and manage successful online campaigns and client relationships.

Typically, Roxanne starts her day at United Way with a cup of coffee and then gets to work on making sure campaigns and fundraising have all the right documentation, data and processes. Keeping in touch with the other departments is crucial to her work.

Her favorite part of her job is the constant change. She loves the challenges and opportunities that come with change and knowing, while she’s behind the scenes, her work has a huge impact on the donor experience and the integrity of United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania. For Roxanne, being at United Way for more than 30 years speaks volumes about how great the team is and how passionate they are about the work they do.

Roxanne also enjoys the enthusiasm of corporate partners and the excitement that spreads when she attends meetings with them. It drives home how much United Way’s work matters to our community.

When she’s not at work, Roxanne loves spending time outdoors and with her family. She has four children, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three grand-dogs! She also enjoys having new experiences with her husband, like eating raw oysters, going to Dollywood and snowboarding.
